Here we are, last week before half term!

We have at last managed to plant our beans out in our garden, we enjoyed digging the holes ready and looking at the roots of the beans before we planted them.  We were lucky enough to find a few friends in the soil and we talked about how useful they are.   Lets hope they grow nice and strong over the holiday and we come back to some beans!

This week we have been learning about Kenya.  We have been looking at the differences between Swindon and Kenya.

Outside we have been enjoying learning about the animals in Kenya, building vehicles and building bridges, lots of fun outside enjoying the sun.

On 20th July 2016 reception will be going on at school trip to Bristol, we are looking for parents and carers to volunteer to help out, we will be leaving just before 9am and returning just after 3pm. More details will follow later, but if you are interested in helping, please speak to one of the teachers or teaching assistants.

We hope you all have a lovely half term and we will see you all on Tuesday 7th June 2016, (Monday 6th June is a Teacher Training day)
